We'll gladly make an exchange, refund the purchased price or apply this money towards another order. All returns must be the original packaging and in resalable condition. VIDEOS and SOFTWARE ARE NOT RETURNABLE IF OPENED.

All you, as the customer, are responsible for is the shipping costs that may apply to returns.

Delivery 

Most orders shipped via UPS. Although we strive for shipping your order the day we process it, please allow up to 4 weeks for items not in stock or back ordered.
